Aizen has to one of the strongest. i mean his bankia has the power of total hypnosis of anyone who sees it, and it doesnt wear off even if ur aware of it. we havnt seen it though, or any other power that he can use. even the hyoku, has he used it on himself? that is another question we have to ask. and the other is questionable between kenpachi and uli.

well i think we've seen an example of aizen's hypnosis, like when he faked his death, he had everyone under his spell so that they thot that he really was dead so he could move around more freely...

yeai think we'll truely see who is the strongest when the war starts. i mean everyone will be releaseing their zanpaktou's. i mean out of the shinigami's who has we really seen? we've seen most of there releases, but not really exactly what thir zanpaktou's powers are.

i think the strongest release we've seen so far is the captain commander. i mean when he released his zanpaktou the area around him turned to ash and was on flames.

His is the strongest Shikai so far, though only in terms of power, i think Aizen's is stronger, his ability not only makes all that power useless but Aizen also has his own attacking strength which is surprisingly strong, it fell a captain in one strike (Hitsugaya).
Aizen so far is the strongest, right now we only need to wait for a flashy display of bankais and releases, hopefully the top 3 releases arent gonna look like sh*t... *remembers Zomari and Svaeyel*
