Yes it is.. its Nintendo afterall... Get a Wii, they're well worth every cent, also dont bother with PS3, since its starting to die out and its overpriced.

TA DAAAAAA! Wario Man, his attacks are just powered up, he can fly, he can negate a variety of attacks, and remember how he can ride a motorcycle? dont ride it, it goes WAAAAAAAAAY to fast... though anyone pro enough would be able to handle it
