Actually i draw the stance in shape figures (head equals circle etc), so i'm kinda doin that
Well there are some anatomy errors (like the placing of the feet).
Well if you already do that(draw with circles etc), you should draw the whole 'skelleton' first. If you did that the feet would be placed right. Also the whole thing looks a little flat. But it's not bad at all. I like it. And just keep drawing, and you'll get even better
Heh...Urahara sounds like a real artist here. Some good tips!

As for your new pic Zanjitsu:
They both look a little flat. Try making them more alive and 3D. I can see that it's Ichigo and his hollow but you really should try and make them both more Ichigo like. More of Ichigo's usual looks and special things about his body. (The hair, the eyes, the nose) And the arms are way to thin.
I love the sword, it was very nice drawn and it's so straight. Very good indeed
The shading isn't bad either, good job.
Overall it's a good pic just a few errors. Keep drawing you'll only get better and better ^^
