OMG, that comes as a surprise. 
I figured they would jokingly dispatch of him... but he's a bit stronger than we thoughted.

Yea, I didnt see that one coming. Is he really stronger than Stark and the Vaso-lordes when in his released form? I just cant see that happenning, but even if he is; there are still 4 captains in HM + Ichigo, Orihime, Rukia, Ishida, and 3 vice captains. So Yammy will still probably go down. Also im betting that he cant stay in his released form for too long...

I can't believe that he counts as two of the 0-10 espada. They WERE originally informed that it's 1-10 but I guess they didn't know about Yammy. They had the number of espada right though siec Yammy counted as 2.

I thought Yammy was saying that #10 is not an espada, because Zero is the top espada, so #9 is the lowest espada...

But there is no #10 then. I'm saying that he occupies the numbers 0 and 10. The arrancar that came to Karakua with Grimmjow and talked to Hitsugaya told him that 11 and on are by birth order. The top 10 strongest are numbered 1-10 by strength. He knew that the top 10 were given the 10 least numbers. He just didn't know that it started at 0 and went to 10 with one espada occupying 2 spots, 0 and 10.

And another thing that I remembered was that when Ulquiorra and Yammy went to Karakua and Ichigo cut off his arm and Urahara and Yourichi came, Uli said that Yammy "couldn't defeat them at his current LEVEL" which infers that he meant that 10 Yammy couldn't win...not necessarily 0 Yammy. If he thought that Yammy wasn't ever capable of beating them he might have said something like "you can't beat them at your level of power."

I don't know what's gonna happen with him right now because he might pull one of those "I'm not gonna fight anymore because I might turn back into the 'monster' and hurt someone again" and leave it up to everyone else.
