Ishida showing up like that was very unexpected, yet cool at the same time.  I guess he plans on fighting Yammy...might have already defeated him it seems...

I think that Ishida coming was just so that they could get rid of the pesky Yammy so Ichigo can focus and fight Uliquiorra. Ishida might even take Inoue away so that Ichigo can focus even more.
