yea...but i dont think that he would be an old hero...but he hangs out with orihime enough i think that he might have some feelings for her(like as a person)and start to be influenced by her...he might become emotionally aware of how orihime and ichigo, etc. feel and how they keep fighting even tho it seems that they have no hope

wait isn't grim dead? Ulquiorra does seem very likely though he's got classic fake villain syndrome (FVS). things like obsessive logic and nagging doubts. tousen has FVS as well so he might flip sides again. he would also be the perfect person to kill aizen.

hmm the fact that Uliquiorra is interested in the human heart, maybe he will change his view towards humans as he fight Ichigo. Maybe Ultimately he will lead the stranded people out of HM to Karakura to reinforce the forces against Aizen and Espada.
