The flashback didn't effect the main count on the story line.

Capt Commander open a can of whoop ass. totally cool, except the hiatus.

And here we go, is Orihime gonna die?

I have really really loved this flashback arc. I was very happy to see the vizards were not going to be nothing more than a plot device to be discarded with the end of Ichigos "training." I can't wait to see where it goes from here. And while I love getting back to the present... I still wish for a bit more flesh on the bones of the back story. I wouldn't mind another flashback arc at some point.

I'm not too sure that Ulquirro will kill Orhime because he doesn't seem to do unnecessary things, she'd die in Hueco Mundo if she wasn't protected by him due to the other arrancars.

well now that aizen no longer needs her uli will probably kill her ASAP since the only reason he protected her so closely is cuz aizen told him to and he is very loyal to aizen and did his best even if it meant fighting grimmjow.

oh, c'mon now guys, you know whats going to happen, either ichigo makes it in time to fight him, or uli wounds ohrime to the point everyone thinks shes dead, ichy and uli fight, ichy starts to lose, orihme comes back to life or something, yada and so on

Uli wasn't ordered to kill her by Aizen and we've yet to see him kill anyone. I think he'll wait for Ichigo so they can fight one more time.
